60 is the new Sexy!
Growing older doesn’t have to mean falling apart, getting sick, deteriorating . . . I am so tired of hearing people who are my age or even younger complain about their age, or blaming their age on their aches and pains. There are only three things that can keep you healthy and happy : Eating right, exercising, and eliminating stress. I look at my age as the beginning of the last third of my life, and I intend to make it the best third of my life. How? I am a vegetarian, I walk everyday, I do yoga and meditate daily, and I exercise with weights. These activities give me a wonderful quality of life. I feel better now than when I was in my early twenties, when I smoked and drank and never exercised. I am 64 years old, and I intend to live every day of the next 30 years as I am living it today. Happy, healthy, and sexy!!
